Sprinkalawn Atlanta was founded in 1980 by brothers Jim and Greg Butler,
operating out of their parent's backyard. The company quickly grew and, with
the addition of another brother, Mickey, in 1986, has blossomed into one of the
premier irrigation contracting firms in the southeast. We have operated out of
our Marietta, GA industrial park
location
since building it in 1990.
We currently operate four installation crews and eight service trucks.
Sprinkalawn Atlanta was the first in Atlanta to offer a three-year warranty on our
new installations, a decision based on using better products supplied by the major
manufacturers of quality irrigation including Hunter, Rain Bird and Toro.
The key to our success lies in the members of the Sprinkalawn team, some of whom
have been with us for over twenty years, many over ten years. We've been fortunate
to hire and retain some of the best people in our industry. All of us at Sprinkalawn

We install automatic lawn sprinkler systems a bit differently than most of our
competitors, giving you a better system for about the same cost. Some of the points
to consider:
Schedule 40 PVC Mainline Pipe
This pipe is over twice the thickness of the pipe most contractors install,
called Class 200. Schedule 40 is the same type piping many people count on to supply
the water from the water meter to the home.
Rain Bird 1800 Pressure Regulating Spray Heads
While many contractors use the standard Rain Bird 1800 spray head, we only install the
1800 PRS version, which maintains a constant 30 psi outlet pressure. This eliminates
misting and fogging and saves a tremendous amount of water, all at no additional cost!
Irrigation Design / Layout
In most cases, you will receive an irrigation design along with your quote. This will
enable you to see the coverage so that you can rest assured that your new system will water
the areas you expect it to. This design will become the as-built drawing that you will
receive after your system is installed,showing head, valve, piping and wiring locations for
future reference.
Courteous, Helpful Office Staff
When you call Sprinkalawn during normal business hours (M-F 8-5), you won't reach an answering machine.
One of our knowledgable customer service reps will be available to help you right then
whether you wish to get a quote, schedule a service call or even an adjustment on your
controller. Many smaller contractors close down for vacations and only return calls at
night. At Sprinkalawn Atlanta, we even have a 24 hour a day emergency service process!
Annual Maintenance Agreements
We know how busy you are, and we've developed this program to simplify things. For an
annual fee, we will automatically "start up" your system in the spring, making minor
adjustments if necessary, and then "winterize" the system in late fall, before the cold
temperatures arrive. Well over 1,000 of our customers utilize this service, keeping
their systems in top, efficient operating condition, hassle-free.
